Dedicated to Our Friend - Charlie Dolski
The Brewer's Apprentice will miss our dear friend, Charlie, who was with us from 5/5/26 to 2/14/08. It was fitting that such a sweet heart should be lifted up on Valentine's Day. He was always ready with a smile, a story, a gentle handshake. Like so many of our longtime customers, he became a friend years ago. His favorite recipe was the Blood and Fire Ale, which was created especially for him by Tom Logan, and it is only fitting to commemorate him with his label. But we will miss his smile, and his gentle demeanor, and when we drink a Blood and Fire, we will toast him, and wish him God Speed! |
