The Brewer's Apprentice was conceived in 1995 after a visit to American U-Brew, a Philadelphia Brew-On-Premise.

We liked the idea of being able to make your own beer, and decided to pursue it further. Within 2 years, we had opened our doors for the first time, and we have enjoyed every minute of it!
