Before you submit your label(s) below, please review the following guidelines. All requests for labels must be submitted at least one week in advance of your bottling date. There are no exceptions. If you submit your label with less than a week before your appointment, it will not be ready for you on bottling day! Labels must be in jpeg/jpg format only. If you attempt to send any other file format, this form will not allow you to send it. The dimensions of your label must be 800 x 660 pixels (horizontal) or 660 x 800 (portrait). If your label does not fit said dimensions, it will result in an awkward looking label. Do not go by inches! For best results, the resolution of your image should be at least 200 pixel/inch. Your image file must not exceed .5mb (500kb). If your image is larger than .5mb, you will not be able to send it through the form below. If you're not sure how to compress your image, keep in mind that every image editing software these days comes equipped with built in compressors (usually available in an "options" section when you save the image file) and/or tools that allow you to decrease the palette of colors within the image. Your label should be ready to print. When you submit your label via this form it will be printed as is. If you need any custom work done, there is a flat customization fee of $25 per label design, no matter how simple or complex the work is. If you need custom work, you must call us at the store. If you attempt to order custom work via this form, it will not be honored. All labels printed will have a small line of text added with The Brewer's Apprentice name and contact info. If you wish to have this info removed from your label there's a flat $25 fee per batch. If you provide any incorrect information within the form below, or if the label file that you send does not adhere to our guidelines, your order will most likely not be ready on your bottling date. We do not provide free re-prints if you send an image that doesn't follow our guidelines. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your disappointment on your bottling date. Label Submission Form Step 1) Your Party Name PLEASE NOTE: This is last name of the person in your brew party that is the permit holder (i.e. the last name the party brewed under). If you are someone else sending labels on their behalf, you must use their name! Party Name: Step 2) Your Email Address Make sure that you provide a working email address. You will be sent a confirmation email once your label file is successfully sent. Email Address: Step 3) Your Brew Date It is important that we know the date you brewed so that we can quickly connect your label order with your customer file. If you can't remember your brew date, check your records or call us before you send this order! The Data You Brewed (dd/mm/yy): Step 4) Your Bottling Date We need to know your bottling date so that we can make sure your labels are ready and waiting on your bottle day. If you have not scheduled a bottling date, please call the store and do so before sending your label. The Date You Are Bottling (dd/mm/yy): Step 5) Type Of Beverage You Brewed We need to know what type of beverage these labels are for. This is especially important for customers ordering different labels for multiple beverages. What type of beverage are these labels for? Beer Wine Mead Cider (or other Malt Beverage) Step 6) Quantity Of Labels Please pick your quantity of labels. There are 6 labels per sheet, so it takes 2 sheets of labels to label one 12 count case of 22oz. beer bottles or 750ml wine bottles. It takes 4 sheets of labels to label one 24 count case of 12oz. beer bottles or 375ml wine bottles. If you want more than the free beer labels (4 sheets) but not enough to do all of the bottles within a batch, then select "odd amount" and type a quantity of sheets that you want... or, if for some reason you want more than enough labels you can technically enter any number you wish. If you didn't pay for your labels on brew day, you will be required to do so on bottling day. How Many Labels Do You Want? Just the free beer labels (4 sheets / Will label 2 Cases of 22 oz. bottles) Enough to do all 6 beer cases of 22 oz. bottles (12 Sheets / $16 additional fee) Enough to do all 6 beer cases of 12 oz. bottles (24 Sheets / $40 additional fee) Odd amount. Number of sheets ($2.00 Per Sheet / 6 labels per sheet): All of the free wine labels (5 sheets / 26 750ml Bottles) All of the 375ml wine labels (10 sheets / 52 375ml Bottles / $12.00 additonal fee) Step 7) Upload Your Label File Please remember: label files must be 800x660 or 660x800 pixels. File must be in jpeg/jpg format only. The label file must not exceed .5mb (500kb). The label file name can contain letters and numbers only, if your file contains any symbols (.,!@#$%^&*()_+,etc.), please change the file name before placing your order. If your label violates any of these rules you may not be able to send it. Free re-prints are not available if you fail to follow our guidelines! Please Select Your Label File You Wish To Upload: Step 8) Brewer's Apprentice Info Option By default, all labels will be imprinted with "The Brewer's Apprentice" name and phone number in a very small font near the edge of your label. If you would prefer that our information be removed from your labels we can do so, however, there is a flat $25 removal fee per batch, regardless of the quantity of labels within the batch. A "batch" represents one label design for one batch of beer. Do You Want Us To Remove The Brewer's Apprentice Info?
