This Guinness-style brew is made with dark malt extract, flaked barley, black malt, roasted barley, Willamette hops and ale yeast.
Chocolate Cream Stout $30.50
We recommend this brew on a cold winter evening. Well balanced, rich and creamy made with chocolate, flaked oats and lactose. This recipe uses lots of dark malts and roasted barley to achieve the complex deep flavors found in this brew. Aging is highly recommended, don't rush this brew.
