Hello Tom:
Just a note to let you know what I thought about the beers. First I tried the Belgian. Woooowwww!!!! I was totally blown away. You really hit the mark with it. A true Belgian Abbey style. Thanks! I haven't tried the Porter yet...will let you know when I do.

Hi Tom:
We are the buys who first asked you to "whip up" a recipe for a Belgian Strong Ale for us to make at Brewer's Apprentice. That was sure an ass-kickin' batch, and when we learned you have "tweaked" the recipe, we couldn't resist trying it again. I am sitting here drinking my 3-week old bottle-conditioned Belgian, and I just have to tell you, "YOU HIT ANOTHER HOME RUN!!!!" Anytime Ron and I see your name on a recipe, we just HAVE to try it, and we haven't been disappointed yet! While we were in Phila. trying a new German restaurant called Ludwig's, we discovered a beer from Paulaner called "Salvator", a double bock ale that is absolutely fabulous!!! We are wondering if you could try your magic and whip up a recipe for this one that we could brew in Freehold? If it's doable, Ron and I will treat you to dinner at Ludwig's, and all the beer you can drink....just name the date and time. Looking forward to hearing from you soon....oops, my glass is empty, gotta run!

Hi all! We just couldn't wait to get home and try our latest beer from your fabulous selection of recipes. We've been there several times, and have done something a little different each time. This time, we thought we'd try a seasonal, using the Saison yeast on a Belgian saison. By the time we took our first sip, we knew this was going to be a great beer. Somehow, with the help of our friends and family, the entire 72 bottles disappeared over Thanksgiving weekend! I think in the process, we may have found another dozen new customers for you! We'll be back this weekend to test another recipe for the holidays, probably the Celebrate Ale, since we both liked the Sierra Nevada version of it. See you then!

The Brewer's Apprentice was an awesome experience! With the friendly help from the Brewer's, I made an unbelievable Peach Wheat Ale. The price is right and you get fresh, delicious home made brew. I highly recommennd this place to anyone who's a serious beer drinker. I can't wait to go back and make my next batch, and it's going to be soon, because it's a pleasure to enjoy beer again.

I am Mike St. John's brother, and I was there today to brew. I am amazed with the place and wish you success. I felt very at home even though this was my first time there. I plan to come back soon to brew and I am going to bring a crowd with me. Best of luck.

I have just finished bottling my fifth brew and I would like to thank The Brewer's Apprentice for not only great beer (just love the stout), but for the friendly atmosphere and helpful employees. This really adds to the brewing experience. It's almost like "Cheers" where everyone knows your name. I look forward to my next brew in honor of my son's 21st birthday. Wishing you all a very merry Christmas and a great new year.

Early feedback from my taste advisor (i.e., wife) indicate our recently brewed weizen-weizstephan banana-fana-fofana is delicious, making the official two week wait even harder to wait for. We weal'we can't wait any wonger!

I just wanted to let you know how much Jim and I enjoyed not only brewing, but the results, as well! Our Timberline Stout was a big hit with everyone who tried it and no wonder it seemed to disappear rather quickly...To actually witness the way beer is made gave me a whole new light on the subject, We will definitely recommend this to anyone who has an interest in any type of beer. Thank you again for your hospitality and we will be returning soon.

Hi there!
The beer that I made there was an enormous hit at a party that I went to in California last week. Everyone at Brewer's Apprentice was so helpful and friendly. Thanks so much for everything.

I would just like to thank The Brewer's Apprentice for making a dream
come true. For about the same cost as I pay for the top quality beers that
I drink I am able to brew my own. The whole process is something to experience,
from picking out a recipe to bottling it and bringing it home. My friends
and I have brewed a few times now and will continue to as our supply runs
low.
On a personal note, in the middle of next year I plan on brewing a special
batch for a special occasion, my wedding! The bottles with the labels I
thought would be a great addition to the everyday wedding favors you receive.
Why would I give my family little bottles of champagne when I can give them
a 22 oz. bottle of beer?
You guys do a great job there and have gained us as customers for life,
as well as everyone I give one of my beers to. Great job and thanks!!!

Hi,
I just wanted to thank you guys for a great
experience. This won't be the last batch of beer I'll
be brewing at The Brewers Apprentice. I'll also recommend you
to all my friends. Attached is the label for my batch
of porter. My bottling date is set for Dec. 5. If you
have any problems with the file, please let me know.
Thanks again,

Hello Jo Ellen and all,
When we made our first brew our attitude was "what can we lose, we homebrewed before". Now the beer is being enjoyed in Sweden. My "Home Office" is in Sweden and when our Production Manager came over for a visit after we had made a few batches, as a good host I made up a cooler of my batches to get him through the lonely nights at the motel. Well, the word spread and now when anyone comes over from "home office" I have to make them up a cooler also. Everyone is calling asking when am I going to make another batch so that they can coordinate their visits to my brewing schedule. Hey Jo Ellen, what do you think about expanding into Scandinavia!!! I know a whole bunch of potential customers (of course I would have to be your Manager there).

Brewer's
Stopped by last night as a first time brewer and had a great time.
Looking forward to the bottling in two weeks. Special thanks to your
staff for showing us how and to Ed (and his Dad) for the samples,
pointers and extra-hot chips & dip.
Spreading the word about the experience as I type and have forwarded
the
website to a few known "drinkers".

Dear Barbara,
We love coming into the Apprentice to brew beer! You and your staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. In fact, our favorite beer is a modified Sierra Madre Pale Ale recipe and it comes out amazing every time! My friends and family are amazed every time they try one of our hand made beers. We try to come down and brew 3 or 4 times a year, and each time our crew gets a little bit larger as we gain more fans. We have a lot of fun brewing with you and talking with you! I would highly recommend The Brewer's Apprentice to anyone who would like to try their hand at brewing beer!

Barbara and Jo-Ellen,
I just wanted to tell you what a great time I had today. As a writer,
sometimes it is necessary to get back to brewing, just to regain that
appreciation of the fine work our craft brewers are doing here in New Jersey
and beyond.
Certainly anyone contemplating homebrewing should visit The Brewer's
Apprentice. You made my experience a pleasure from the moment I entered
until when I left. Count me among the people who will be coming back to
do
it again. In fact, between now and that next time, I will be scouring my
recipe books with even greater interest!
I look forward to seeing you again in two weeks.
