Why order from us?

...read what George Hummel, from Mid-Atlantic Brewing News, had to say:

"There's no better holiday gift for the beer lover on your list than the gift that keeps on giving... a hombrew kit... Start by selecting a reputable supplier. Avoid internet-only and mail-order-only operations or places with part time hours. Select a bonafide storefront owner who's been in business at least five years or longer... Do not, under any circumstances, buy a kit at a department store or from an infomercial! Who you gonna call if you need a recipe for a pale ale... some guy at Wal-mart? You'll want an experienced brewer to answer questions and help with formulations, not just during the holidays, but year round."

Customer Feedback:

"...we asked you to 'whip up' a recipe for a Belgian Strong Ale for us to make at the Brewer's Apprentice. That was sure an ass-kickin' batch... I am sitting here drinking my 3 week old Belgian and I just have to tell you, 'YOU HIT ANOTHER HOMERUN!!!'
John

"Hi all! We just couldn't wait to get home and try our latest beer from your fabulous selection of recipes. We've been there several times and have done something a little different each time. This time, we thought we'd try a seasonal, a Belgian Saison. By the time we took our first sip, we knew this was going to be a great beer. Somehow, with the help of friends and family, the entire 72 bottles disappeared over Thanksgiving weekend! I think in the process we may have found another dozen new customers for you! We'll be back this weekend to test another recipe for the holidays. See you then!"
James and Louise

"The Brewer's Apprentice was an awesome experience! With the friendly help from the brewers, I made an unbelievable Peach Wheat ale. The price is right and you get fresh, delicious home-made brew. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's a serious beer drinker. I can't wait to go back and make my next batch, and it's going to be soon!"

"I have just finished bottling my fifth brew and I would like to thank The Brewer's Apprentice for not only great beer (just love the stout), but for the friendly atmosphere and helpful employees. This really adds to the brewing experience. It's almost like 'Cheers', where everyone one knows your name!"

I would like to thank The Brewer's Apprentice for making a dream come true. For about the same cost as I pay for the top quality beers that I drink I am able to brew my own. The whole process is something to experience, from picking out a recipe to bottling it and bringing it home. My friends and I have brewed a few times now and will continue to as our supply runs low. On a personal note, in the middle of next year I plan on brewing a special batch for a special occasion, my wedding! The bottles with the labels I thought would be a great addition to the everday wedding favors you receive. Why would I give my family little bottles of champagne when I can give them a 22oz. bottle of beer? You guys do a great job there and have gained us as customers for life. Great job and thanks!!!"

"When we made our first brew our attitude was, 'what can we lose, we homebrewed before'. New the beer is being enjoyed in Sweden. My 'home office' is in Sweden and when our production manager came over for a visit after we had made a few batches, as a good host I made up a cooler of my batches to get him through the lonely nights at the motel. Well, the word spread and now when anyone comes over from 'home office' I have to make them a cooler also. Everyone is calling asking when am I going to make another batch so that they can coordinate their visits to my brewing schedule."

The beer that I made there was an enormous hit at a party that I went to in California last week. Everyone at the Brewer's Apprentice was so helpful and friendly. Thanks so much for everything."
